Truli Julie, located in Madison, Wisconsin, creates artisanal biscotti in both sweet and savory flavors. We believe we have perfected truli better biscotti, in that they are not too sweet and not too hard. It isn't necessary to dunk them in a beverage in order to enjoy them. We launched our products in December 2013 in the Chicagoland area. We relocated to Madison in 2016.
All of our products are made in small batches with only the highest quality, all natural ingredients. Each batch is crafted, rolled and cut by hand. We use no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. We also support local businesses by sourcing our free-range eggs from a local farm, dried fruit from Michigan, cheeses from Wisconsin and locally grown herbs and spices when available.
